DRAGONFLY Mind-Set

GOOD DAY~  Welcome to PoSivity Day's Mind, Body, & Abundance 11/18 Triathlon

There are several meaningful symbols on the PoSivity Day journey...the Dragonfly, Butterfly, Cornucopia, Quilled Pen, Scroll, Winged Lady on a Universal Globe, the Triathlon's 11/18 date, and a  Magnifying Glass.  Inside this mystical glass is another Butterfly, Brownie, and Yellow Roses.  Throughout our training, these are significant and support our desired end-re*sult.  And...what is this triathlon purpose?

Mission:   To live in the kNOW without one single re*&gret.  To fully enjoy every minute of life and be completely present.  Living in clarity, synchronicity, wellness and balance.

     Training Tip #1:  The simple exercise of embracing one's Mis-takes begins to clear away negative and limited thoughts, emotions, old-patterns and useless mind-sets.  By giving thanks for our Mis-takes we are able to re*write our life script based on our dreams and highest intentions. 

10/4:  Training Thoughts/Tips are inspired by the Dragonfly.  Yesterday the term mind-shift was applied.  Indeed, it begins with shifting into the PoSivity Mind-Set!  Since the Dragonfly is known to fly around bodies of water and water denotes our primal source of life, our dream mind,  it is essential to  mindful of our thoughts.  Water is also considered the embryonic womb-mother earth and the receptive feminine.  Bodies of waters such as oceans, lakes, rivers, and even ponds are always in transition.  In my book, there are pages on the powerful watery influences washing throughout our lives.  Essentially, you can access the deeper parts of yourself through deep meditation-a tranquil experience.  See yourself flowing along the river's weave with a gentle assistance towards all that is peaceful, calm, joyous and loving. 

Today~~~BE MINDFUL!!!   Watch your mind-set, if blame, shame, re*gret, fearful thoughts surface, re*cognize them...embrace them and delete, re*lease, re*solve, let go, and bless them.  Extract the knowledge of their wisdom and give thanks.  Be like the Dragonfly-it can fly backwards and forwards and so can you!!  Oh yes, drink lots of r/o water along YOUR Mind, Body, and Abundance (MBA) Triathlon Training.
